Custom business software development

Turn rules that today live in spreadsheets, chats and verbal agreements into a system with roles, an audit trail and APIs. We do custom work and software outsourcing. We do not reskin a generic back office and call it yours.

What this service is

Most inbound requests are not “a website”. They are inventory that does not match finance, approvals that still print, or branches that each invented a tool. We split work by deliverable, not by buzzwords.

Engagement types

Custom development

From jobs and documents. Fits companies whose rules are already clear and whose packaged software cannot bend.

Software outsourcing

You keep a product owner. We supply design, engineering, QA and go-live. Acceptance is by milestone, with source.

Operations platforms

Org, permissions, approvals, master data and reports as the base. Sales, warehouse or service modules sit on top.

Who this is for

  • Manufacturers who need work orders, quality and stock to share one numbering scheme.
  • Logistics teams whose orders already live in ERP or commerce tools, but the floor still runs on paper—see WMS if that is the bottleneck.
  • Multi-site operators who need stores, membership and settlement to roll up.
  • Organizations that need audit logs and private networks more than a public marketing site.

Headquarters in Foshan, China. Remote discovery is normal; on-site visits are scheduled around the milestones that need them.

ERP, MES, CRM—without pretending they are the same

Keep the core ERP

Replacing a full ERP is expensive. More often we keep finance and supply-chain as the core, then build the process your vendor cannot configure, and reconcile over APIs.

MES at the line

If the pain is shop-floor reporting, equipment checks or quality loops, we draw the boundary with the warehouse and the plan before we write code.

CRM that sales will use

Leads, deals, contracts and after-sales tickets first. Marketing automation can wait until the pipeline is countable.

Architecture we actually ship

Applications, APIs, data and integrations stay in separate layers so business rules are not trapped in screens. That is what makes the next change affordable.

Timeline and cost

A small internal tool with stable requirements often shows a usable build in 6–10 weeks. Multi-org systems with history and external APIs more often take 3–6 months. Price follows modules, migrations, interfaces, permission complexity and whether a mobile client is in v1—not a round number with no work breakdown.

Frequently asked questions

Custom software or an off-the-shelf product?

Packaged software is faster if you can live inside its process. Custom work fits when approvals, data rights or integrations are the product, not a plugin.

How long does a typical build take?

Small tools: often 6–10 weeks to a trial build. Systems with workflows, many roles and external APIs: commonly 3–6 months. Unstable requirements extend the calendar; we write that into the change process.

What drives the budget?

Scope of modules, historical data, third-party APIs, permission design and mobile clients. We estimate work packages, not a single opaque fee.

Can you integrate our ERP or WMS?

Yes. Most operations software has to exchange documents and stock with finance or the warehouse. If the floor is the bottleneck, evaluate a WMS as its own system.

Request a software scope

We use this only to scope the project. No marketing list.
