Background

After the cabinet network grew, stock, device health and replenishment were three different stories. Missing items were reported by phone. Price changes meant a site visit. Recognition, gravity and sales did not share a ledger.

What we shipped

Device-side adapters by cabinet type, a SaaS admin for sites, SKUs, stock and tickets, and a field app for restock and maintenance.

What was breaking

  • Lane or shelf stock did not match what sold.
  • Open-door cabinets and spiral machines were not one master-data model.
  • Price and promotion changes required standing in front of the device.
  • Faults showed up as customer complaints, not tickets.

Approach

Sites, devices, lanes or shelves and SKUs sit in one master. Devices post take or vend events. Exceptions go to review. Stockouts create replenishment tasks. Operators change price remotely. Recognition accuracy is not a published promise on this page.
