Background

The store sold care treatments and beauty SKUs from the same room. Once the catalog grew, warehouse, counter and online each kept a list. Counts stalled opening. Guests who paid once had no stored value to come back against.

Mini program that treats products and services as one catalog, shares stock, and issues stored value for later redemption.

What was breaking

• Shelf SKUs and in-store services were not one product structure.
• Warehouse, counter and online stock disagreed.
• Walk-in guests had no balance they could redeem on a later visit.

Approach

One catalog for goods and appointments. Stock movements share a ledger. Stored value turns a first visit into a balance. We do not publish stored-value totals or conversion rates we did not measure.
